  • 1The 1st day New York--Bus--Mystic--Bus--Maine

    Guests will be picked up from New York in the morning. We'll cross two states in New England Region, Connecticut and Massachusetts, then head to the village of Mystic, enjoy a great time in town, and arrive in Maine at night.

     

    Itinerary:

    Departing from New York City →Mystic Aquarium (Optional, 60 mins) → Mystic Seaport Museum (Optional, 75 mins)  → Hotel

     

    Mystic, CT

    Mystic is a village in Groton and Stonington, Connecticut. According to the Mystic River Historical Society, the name "Mystic" is derived from the Pequot term "missi-tuk", describing a large river whose waters are driven into waves by tides or wind.

     

    Mystic Aquarium

    The Mystic Aquarium offers a unique zoological experience, the centerpiece of which is the massive outdoor pool that contains four beluga whales. This facility is also one of only four United States aquariums that hold Steller sea lions.

     

    Mystic Seaport

    The Museum of America and the Sea, in Mystic, Connecticut, is the largest maritime museum in the world. Living history museum consisting of a village, ships and 17 acres of exhibits depicting coastal life in New England in the 19th century.

  • 2The 2nd day Acadia National Park

    Today, we will take a nature cruise or a lobster cruise to learn about the local marine life. At noon, we will go to Bar Harbor, where we can enjoy delicious foods like Maine steamed lobster, lobster ice cream, blueberry soda and more. Then, we will drive to Acadia National Park to visit the summit of Cadillac Mountain. Along the way, we will be able to enjoy a beautiful view of Eagle Lake. Later, we will visit Thunder Hole.

    Mount Desert Island → Acadia Nature Cruise, or Lobster Steal Cruise (Seasonal, 90 mins) → Bar Harbor (90 mins) → Acadia National Park In-Depth Tour (Optional, including the top of Cadillac Mountain) → Thunder Hole (30 mins)

    Bar Harbor

    Bar Harbor is a town on Mount Desert Island in Hancock County, Maine, United States. As of the 2010 census, its population is 5,235. Bar Harbor is a popular tourist destination in the Down East region of Maine and home to the College of the Atlantic.

     

    Acadia National Park

    One of the largest national parks in the country, Acadia National Park covers over 47,000-acres of the Atlantic coast recreation area in the heart of Mount Desert Island. Acadia National Park houses different ecosystems filled with woodlands, exotic animals, rocky beaches and glacier-covered peaks including the renowned Cadillac Mountain. Guests can expect to see moose, black bear, whit-tailed deer, and many seabirds.

     

    Cadillac Mountain

    This mountain sits at the center of Acadia National Park in Maine. There are numerous hiking trails that lead to the summit at 1,528 feet. There is also a road that leads to the top.

     

    Thunder Hole

    Thunder Hole is an impressive blowhole in Acadia National Park, Maine. Seawater is pushed into a submerged cave and shoots up through the ground as high as forty feet in the air. The area offers great views as well.

  • 3The 3rd day Portland--Bus--YorkBusNew York

    In the morning we will leave for Fort Williams Park and Portland Head Lighthouse. Later we will visit York's Wild Kingdom, then head back to New York.

    Hotel → Fort Williams Park & Portland Head Lighthouse (optional, 40 mins)→ York’s Wild Kingdom (45 mins) → New York City

     

    Special note:

    1. In case of dispute, York's Wild Kingdom reserves the right of final decision on the interpretation of Terms and Conditions to protect and exhibit wild animals.

    2. York's Wild Kingdom will only open during late May to late Sept. When it closed, we will go to Salem Witch Museum (45 mins) instead.

     

    Portland Head Light

    For more than 200 years, the lighthouse known as the Portland Head Light has been a beacon for ships off the coast of New England. Construction on the lighthouse began in 1787 under the direction of soon-to-be President George Washington.

     

    York's Wild Kingdom

    This large zoo and amusement park in southern Maine draws more than 200,000 guests every year. In addition to the usual fare of food stalls, gift shops, and rides, York's Wild Kingdom is home to 75 different animal exhibits.

     

    Salem Witch Museum

    This kitschy show in historic Salem, Massachusetts uses wax figures to give visitors an overview of the Salem Witch Trials. Its fun gift shop and unique presentation make is a tourist favorite. It may be scary for young children.

Since the returing time for tours vary, please be patient to wait for the shuttle.

If the flight is delayed for over 45 minutes due to weather condition or other unforeseen case, please go to the hotel by yourself.You can contact the local travel agency and ask for help.
